When can I start book equipment?

Booking page will be open 2 days after ticket release. 2 days after you purchased your ticket you get an email from classic to let you know about the rental page. When booking you need to attached information you provided when purchasing your ticket to classic.


When is classic?

Classic Denmark: 7-10 July, 2021

Classic Sweden: 13-20, August 2021


When can you confirm the events will take place?

No later than beginning of May will a final decision be taken if we can host the events or not. But make no mistake we are not giving up easily – we will do everything in our powers to pull off the events. But we will of fcourse not violate any laws or restrictions, and we will never jeopardize the safety of our participants, volutneers or other involved people in the event.


How does it work practically and what does it cost?


1. Go to booking ( opens when we confirm the evnt)

2. Find your preferred equipment

3. Reserve your equipment to make sure you have what you need

4. Pick up and pay when you get to classic before start at the registration area. Your ticket number will be valid as booking number.

5. Walk classic

6. Return equipment at finish

Where can pick up/drop-off my rental equipment?

We are located nearby registration area at classic for pick up and finish area for drop off. We handout equipment to you in person and identification is needed.


Why haven’t I gotten a response from the email I sent?

We send a response to every email sent. So if you haven‘t gotten yours yet it will come very soon.

We receive dozens of emails every day and we try our best to answer as fast as possible but in rare cases, it is possible that you have to wait up to 48h to get an answer. We are sincerely sorry for this delay.


How can I be sure that the equipment I need will be available?

We have limited amount of rental equipment in stock. If by any weird happenstance we do not have the product available you have booked, we will alert you right after your booking is made, immediately work with you to find a suitable alternative.


Do you ask for a deposit or additional fees along with the rental?

Once you booking has been placed, there are no extra fees.

We do not ask for a deposit, we put our trust with our participants.


When are you open?

Our contact / pick up and drop off center is open every day from 9:00 to 20:00 during the time of classic.

Cancellation of your order – 100 % refund

We offer a free cancellation up to five days after booking, no questions asked.

If canceled up to seven days before the start of the rental period (classic start), the entire rental amount is refunded, except an administrative fee of 10 EUR/100 SEK/100 DKK. If canceled within three days prior to the start of the rental period, half of the entire rent will be refunded plus an administrative fee of 10 EUR/100 SEK/100 DKK.


If I sell my starting ticket in classic?

You still have to cancel your rental booking. Following the cancellation policy due to administration storage and transportation of equipment.


Is it used equipment?

All our equipment are owned by Fjällräven or Primus. We buy nothing secondhand or similar. This is so that we can guarantee the quality, know how equipment have been treated, etc.


Do I need to wash or dry when handing back?

No. When you finish you just leave the equipment you rented to us and we take care of everything. Please make sure to hand back all equipment you rented.


What happens to the clothes after I left them back?

We always go through and wash all equipment after they have been used to restore the quality. After we check over so that they are not in need of repair or similar.


Do you sell out your equipment after classic?

Depending on the quality and usage we will have certain products for sell after classic. This products will be found on the classic homepage.


Can I buy the equipment after classic?

You have the opportunity to buy the equipment you used during classic for retail price – rental cost after finish.


If I am not participating at classic, can I still rent?

You cannot rent through Classic rental without a participant ticket number when booking. If you wish to rent Fjällräven products at other dates or purposes than classic, we recommend to look at Naturkompainetrent-a-tent campaign.


How do I see the price?

When you add items during booking the price will change. We send you a confirmation email from your booking when confirmed including the price for the equipment of your choice.
