If you are curious, like nature and would like to trek in Scandinavia, Fjällräven Classic might be something for you. 110km trail, wild landscapes, free camping and you. This is Classic Sweden. It’s an epic journey in a vast, rugged wilderness way above the Arctic Circle. With everything you need packed into your backpack, this is the landscape you’ll call home while you trek from Nikkaluokta to Abisko, partly following Kungsleden (The King’s Trail).

The ticket sales for Fjällräven Classic 2021 is now finished, start dates August 13-15th

Travel limitations, quarantine and vaccine passports according to Swedish regulation at the time will be complied with. And we will do everything in our power to produce a safe event for all and welcome you to Lapland.  Some adjustments to keep distance and stay safe will be done on certain spots that normally gather a lot of people, such as the check in, bus transfers and Trekkers in.





2500 SEK adult

1400 SEK youth, 13-16 years old

400 SEK child, 12 years and younger


You purchase a ticket to a departure group/bus departure from Högalidskolan and when you arrive to the start in Nikkaluokta you can do your last preparations, have a cup of coffee or visit the chapel and start when it suit you between 08:00 and 16:00. Each departure group will have 50 places.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, country specific travel restrictions might be in place for entry into Sweden as well as for returning from Sweden into the participants return destination. Country-specific travel and security advices are available at https://reopen.europa.eu/en/.


Thus, whether participation and the related journey is possible depends on local rules and the participants acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to check the entry regulations prior to a) making the choice to keep the ticket and b) prior to starting the journey to Sweden. The organizer assumes no liability in case the participant is not able to participate due to country-specific travel restrictions irrespective of when they have entered into force. A refund of the ticket/participation fee as well as further participant claims, liabilities of every kind, demands, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential), losses (economic and noneconomic) – on whatever legal basis – in connection with the event are excluded.
